Role Description CookUnity is seeking a seasoned brand design manager to take our creative function to the next level — elevating design craft, modernizing design operations, and boldly differentiating the CookUnity brand. In this role you will oversee the development and expression of the brand visual identity across all consumer touch points, both online and offline, while managing and actively leveling up a team of talented, ambitious designers. Through your leadership and vision, you will build and scale a world-class brand design function with customer obsession and creative excellence at its core. The ideal candidate brings not only a mastery of design craft honed at best-in-class consumer brands, but also the operational rigor to implement new standards of design process and team performance — and the forward-thinking mindset to leverage AI tools as a high-impact lever for quality and efficiency. This is a role for a leader who sets the bar high, builds the systems to meet it, and brings a team along for the journey. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, this role is uniquely positioned to create an impact that helps CookUnity resonate emotionally and grow commercially in unprecedented ways. Responsibilities - Creative Vision & Brand Stewardship - Develop and evangelize an inspiring creative vision for the future of CookUnity. - Lead the Brand Design team to bring the essence of CookUnity to life through a differentiated design system and visual storytelling across various platforms. - Own, refine, and continue to build on the CookUnity brand identity and visual system. - Champion unwavering expectations for design craft, quality, and executional consistency. - Design Process & Operational Excellence - Design and manage an ambitious, end-to-end creative process. - Lead regular creative reviews of all ongoing design work. - Lead the routing, feedback, and approval process for brand design deliverables. - AI Integration & Design Innovation - Champion the integration of AI-based tools into the team's design workflows. - Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape. - Foster a team culture that embraces experimentation with emerging tools. - Team Leadership & Talent Development - Mentor and motivate a small but mighty team of talented designers. - Build a culture of trust, openness, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of design excellence. - Lead by doing: maintain mastery of the tools the team uses daily. - Cross-Functional Partnership - Partner with teammates, peers, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities or challenges. - Partner directly with brand copy team to define visual storytelling approach. - Assume a strong company presence as an internal standard-bearer of category-defining creativity. - Bring principles of design thinking and a solution-oriented mindset to achieving impactful results. Qualifications - 8+ years experience in brand design; experience in top consumer brands and/or agencies is a plus. - 4+ years managing other designers. - A respected brand design leader with a track record of shipping excellent work. - Proficiency in video and how to leverage design in this format is a plus. - Passion for insights and performance data in shaping creative work. - Experience operating in a fast-paced growth environment. - Very detail oriented, well organized, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects. - Highly collaborative in nature with ability to partner across various functions. - A genuine passion for design and a love of the creative process. - Proficiency in English at an advanced level. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is a plus. Benefits - 💸 Get paid in USD - 🗺 Work remotely: design the life that you want. - ⛱ Enjoy 15 days of vacation each year from the start date. - 🎄 16 fully paid Argentinean holidays. - 🕯 Compassionate Leave: 3-5 days each time the need arises. - 🐣 Family leave of 12 weeks for primary caregiver and 6 weeks for secondary caregiver, fully paid. - 💪🏻 Wellness benefit: Gympass subscription. - 🥗 Meal benefit. - 🧑‍🏫 Personalized English coach.

Role Description We're looking for the first true brand leader at Shameless Snacks — a better-for-you candy brand with a name, a story, and real cultural potential that hasn't been fully activated yet. There's no brand playbook to inherit. You write it. Shameless Snacks makes better-for-you gummies — low calorie, low sugar, and honestly, they taste like candy should. We're in Target, on Amazon, and growing fast. We have a product people love and a performance marketing engine that works. What we don't have yet is a brand that lives in culture — and that's what this role is for. You'll partner directly with the General Manager and sit alongside the Head of Performance Marketing as peers. Performance scales what you build. You build what's worth scaling. This role oversees: - Brand Strategy - Creative Direction - Organic Social - Content - Influencer Marketing - PR & Communications - Cultural Activations You're responsible for every consumer touchpoint that isn't a paid ad — and you'll have a strong voice in shaping the ones that are. Qualifications - 6–10 years in brand marketing, creative strategy, or brand management — ideally in food/bev, better-for-you CPG, or DTC with real cultural cachet - You've managed or significantly contributed to a brand's voice and visual identity — not just executed other people's directions - You understand culture as a participant, not a spectator — you know what's happening before it trends - Experience managing agencies, creators, and production partners - Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment where you don't need a large team to do great work - Strong opinions about brand — you'll push back on what's wrong and advocate hard for what's right - Excited to build from scratch rather than inherit a finished playbook Requirements - Define and document Shameless Snacks' voice, visual identity, and strategic positioning — building the brand bible from scratch - Own organic social (Instagram, TikTok) — setting the content strategy, managing execution, and building a community that engages because the content is genuinely good - Lead influencer and creator partnerships — identifying the right voices, managing relationships, and ensuring content feels on-brand - Drive PR and earned media — securing meaningful placements in health, wellness, and culture publications that build the brand story beyond product features - Plan and execute cultural activations and real-world moments that put the brand in front of the right audiences - Ensure visual and tonal consistency across every touchpoint — from social content to retail shelf to performance creative - Manage agencies, creators, and production partners — knowing when to push and when to let them run - Partner with the performance marketing team so brand and paid creative feel like the same company Benefits - Base salary: $130,000 – $160,000 depending on experience - Equity: Profit interest units with meaningful upside participation as we grow - Annual performance bonus tied to brand and business milestones - Remote (US) with travel budget for activations, market visits, and events - Health, dental, and vision
