Contracts and Proposals Associate
Medable
Role Description - Developing proposals (text & budgets) in response to Customer Request for Proposals (RFPs) - Developing budgets for RFPs, contracts and change orders including any revisions required - Updating of SFDC when specification changes and rebids occur - Maintain data accuracy (including approvals, discount records, Medable products recording) in SFDC outside of Close Date and FPFV/LPLV dates for assigned opportunities and Sales reporting support - Liaising and partnering with the Legal department on the coordination of Customer/Medable legal and privacy documents requiring Medable Subject Matter Expert input in support of Sales activity, for example Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, Data Protection Agreements etc. - Support the creation and review of contracts and MSA comment management and drive them towards a conclusion by partnering with the Legal Department for signature management.
