Case Manager, Personal Injury
Distro
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in both English and Spanish • Conduct client intake and gather detailed case information • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates • Manage cases from intake through settlement or resolution • Request, track, and organize: Medical records Medical bills Police reports Other relevant case documentation • Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties • Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation • Maintain accurate, detailed case notes in the firm’s case management system • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items • Maintain well-organized digital case files and ensure data accuracy • Support a fast-paced legal environment while managing multiple active cases
Job Requirements
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager in a Personal Injury law firm (any U.S. state)
- Strong client communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced legal setting
- Direct experience working specifically with Personal Injury cases
- Familiarity with medical records and medical billing documentation
- Experience communicating with insurance companies and healthcare providers
- Experience using case management platforms such as: Clio, Filevine, Litify, Needles or similar legal case management systems
