• Vermittlung der HR-generalistischen Grundlagen an Einsteiger anhand eines festgelegten Curriculums • Motivieren der Teilnehmenden und Unterstützung hin zu individuellen Höchstleistungen • Dokumentation von Anwesenheiten, Unterrichtsfortschritten und Leistungsständen der Teilnehmenden • Gestaltung und Aufrechterhaltung einer positiven Gruppendynamik in einer reinen Onlineveranstaltung für ein angenehmes Lern- und Arbeitsklima der Teilnehmenden • Enge virtuelle Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Lern- und Karriere-Teams, um ein ansprechendes und praxisorientiertes Ausbildungserlebnis zu gewährleisten • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Curriculumentwicklung und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Lerninhalte auf Basis aktueller Markttrends

Job Requirements

  • Generalistisches HR-Wissen, z. B. durch Studium, passende Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV im HR-Bereich (z. B. Lohn und Gehalt / Stammdatenpflege)
  • Fähigkeit, Lernprozesse gezielt zu leiten, lebendig zu vermitteln und den Wissenstransfer bei Teilnehmenden zu fördern sowie praktische Erfahrung
  • Fähigkeit, Teilnehmende empathisch zu begleiten, Gruppen dynamisch zu steuern und Motivation sowie Vertrauen für effektives Lernen zu fördern
  • Offenheit für digitale, abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Engagement, Menschen aktiv bei ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung zu unterstützen und ihnen den Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt zu ermöglichen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für den Unterricht sowie ausreichende Englischkenntnisse zur Teilnahme an Meetings
