• Evaluate and mature the organization’s disaster recovery posture, including recovery objectives (RTO/RPO), dependency mapping, and failure domain analysis across applications, data, and infrastructure. • Define, document, and establish disaster recovery standards and best practices across cloud infrastructure, platforms, and application architectures. • Partner with SRE, platform, security, and product engineering teams to design and implement resilient, fault-tolerant systems, progressing from backup-based recovery to multi-region and active-active architectures. • Lead the disaster recovery roadmap, balancing technical feasibility, cost, risk, and business priorities. • Design and recommend reference architectures for disaster recovery patterns, including pilot-light, warm standby, hot standby, and active-active. • Drive adoption of active-active disaster recovery for critical systems, including traffic management, data replication, consistency models, and automated failover. • Define and operationalize testing strategies for DR, including game days, chaos testing, and regular recovery exercises. • Establish clear documentation, runbooks, and escalation paths to ensure recoverability is well understood and not dependent on individuals. • Evaluate and recommend platform upgrades, cloud services, and tooling that improve resilience, recovery speed, and reliability. • Serve as a technical authority and advisor on disaster recovery and resilience for leadership and engineering teams. • Provide architectural guidance, design reviews, and mentorship to engineers implementing DR-related changes. • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure DR strategies meet regulatory, audit, and data protection requirements.

• Design Headless/Composable Commerce architectures, decoupling front-end experiences (React/Next.js) from backend systems (SAP Hybris) using BFF (Backend for Frontend) patterns. • Define API strategies using Azure API Management to orchestrate calls between CMS (Amplience), Commerce Engines (Shopify/Salesforce), and ERPs. • Architect modern Data Platforms using Databricks and Delta Lake on Azure. • Oversee the migration of complex logic (e.g., Alteryx/Excel/SQL) into standardized PySpark and Delta Live Tables pipelines. • Define Data Governance standards (Unity Catalog/Microsoft Purview) and ensure data quality through automated validation frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations). • Champion DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). • Drive the adoption of AI-Augmented Development (e.g., Agentic AI, Copilots) to accelerate discovery and delivery.

• Foster internal relationships to build cross-organization partnerships (BU, Marketing, Sales). • Aid the Red Hat Sales organization by ensuring successful delivery of Pre-Sales activities and consulting engagements. • Proactively own and navigate escalation procedures for technical issues within projects to bring issues to closure. • Build strong relationships within the Red Hat Sales organization through partnerships with Sales Executives, Area Managers, Sales Specialists, and Solution Architects. • Drive operational efficiency by leveraging AI productivity tools to accelerate the creation of high-impact customer deliverables and technical collateral. • Ensure complex projects involving Red Hat technologies are properly scoped, structured, and delivered. • Provide thought leadership on what the Financial Services team needs to successfully sell Services and grow the business (e.g., standard solutions, training plans, sales campaigns, marketing materials). • Onboard and manage new direct reports. • Enable and mentor associates to excel within their roles and beyond. • Support and coach employees to perform and develop in their roles.
