• Manage a high-volume portfolio of 25–50 renewals per month • Engage customers via email, phone, and video to renew and upsell • Manage product discussion and overcome objections by highlighting key benefits • Identify opportunities for add-ons and expanded packages • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) • Collaborate with other sales teams, contracting teams, and legal where necessary

• Reporting to the Senior Director of Information Security, the Security Engineer role at Level Access will help the company meet its goal of being the most secure company in digital accessibility. • Perform initial triage of disparate security signals and events to determine severity and drive response to potential business-impacting incidents. • Monitor and analyze vulnerability management tools and feeds; provide remediation guidance to downstream teams; and keep technical risk under control. • Operate the security awareness program, including course design, phishing simulations, reporting, and support for business teams and users. • Support internal and external stakeholders as required to gather information and evidence for security governance activities and compliance audits. • Use AI and automation techniques to enhance compliance, facilitate business operations, and improve efficiency. • Undertake small projects to mitigate risk, support the team, and support other company objectives.

• Review incoming support tickets related to delivery operations, categorize and prioritize them based on predefined criteria, and escalate issues that require specialized handling or fall outside standard guidelines • Assign tickets to appropriate teams or individuals based on issue complexity and urgency, ensuring compliance with SLAs • Monitor ticket queues regularly to ensure timely responses and resolutions; alerting team leads to any delays that may affect service timelines • Respond to ticket handling questions from internal teams and external partners using established workflows, escalating non-standard issues as needed • Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams and clients when issues are raised, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the ticket resolution process • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on the progress of tickets, ensuring transparency and helping manage expectations • Recognize unresolved or critical issues that require escalation to senior analysts or management and raise these concerns promptly • Perform quality checks on completed tickets or tasks, ensuring they meet established guidelines before finalizing or moving forward in the workflow • Ensure tickets handled by internal teams or external partners adhere to defined workflow standards and routing expectations • Ensure work is rerouted appropriately when it fails to meet quality standards, escalating to senior analysts as necessary • Regularly verify that processes and workflows are being followed as designed, flagging any inconsistencies or inefficiencies to leadership for review

• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, reduce operational friction, and improve productivity across the People organization • Map current-state workflows, identify root problems, and redesign processes before automating them • Build and maintain automation workflows primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and related AI capabilities, while also leveraging tools such as Zapier or other platforms where appropriate based on business needs, scalability, and cost effectiveness • Integrate systems across HR, recruiting, enablement, communications, and operational workflows • Create scalable workflows that are reliable, measurable, maintainable, and secure • Continuously monitor, improve, and iterate on solutions after launch • Partner with People leaders and stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases across day-to-day work • Help employees adopt and extend the solutions you create by documenting workflows and enabling users effectively • Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical stakeholders • Help establish scalable AI practices and operational standards within the People organization • Assess process quality, documentation standards, and data readiness to support scalable automation • Help improve operational consistency and workflow clarity across the People function • Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify processes and improve employee experience • Support governance, documentation, and operational best practices related to AI-enabled workflows.

• Contact qualified prospects using a consultative sales approach • Outbound call, engage with and develop prospects to be closed by Sales team • Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce.com • Contact and schedule appointments with Account Executive in target vertical • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and source potential leads • Nurture longer term prospects • Build a solid understanding of B2B sales concepts

• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy, using data and insight to inform how we engage the market • Contribute to EMEA pipeline goals through execution of regional marketing and demand generation programs • Plan and execute targeted events, campaigns, and ABM programs for key enterprise accounts in close partnership with sales • Leverage demand generation initiatives to support priority accounts and regional growth objectives • Prioritize programs and investments based on commercial impact and pipeline potential • Own end-to-end execution of event calendar, including delivery, follow-up, and performance tracking • Partner directly with sales leadership and account teams to align on priorities, develop program strategy, and secure buy-in • Translate sales priorities into actionable marketing programs and incorporate feedback to improve execution and results • Adapt plans based on performance data, market feedback, and shifting regional needs • Apply a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve program effectiveness and efficiency • Handle multiple priorities across countries, industries, and segments in a fast-paced environment • Track and report on key performance metrics including pipeline contribution, ROI, and conversion rates • Use data to advise decisions, optimize programs, and guide future investment • Manage budgets and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Product Launch Planning and Execution: Partner with your colleagues in Product Management and Product Marketing to bring new offerings to market. Support launch planning and execution by tracking deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs. • Market Research and Competitive Intelligence: Collect and organize internal and external data regarding target markets, business needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Help analyze and translate into actionable insights for product marketing, product management, and commercial teams. • Positioning and Messaging: Write competitive and market positioning, messaging, and unique value propositions for assigned products and solutions. Coordinate review and approval cycles to ensure messaging is timely and accurate. • Customer Intelligence: Partner with Customer Marketing to collect and organize input from customers, prospects, sellers, customer success, and win/loss programs to develop and maintain high quality buyer personas, customer journey maps. • Sales Enablement: Partner with the Enablement Team to help create tools and training that help sales and customer-facing teams communicate value, handle objections, and improve consistency in the field. • Performance Tracking: Track key activity metrics, feedback, and adoption indicators for launches, content, and enablement programs. • Product Marketing Operational Support: Maintain templates, repositories, project trackers, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.

• Deliver engaging and informative live onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a positive start to their Level Access journey. • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (Skilljar), including setup, user access, reporting, and administration of role-specific learning paths. • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve inquiries promptly. • Leverage AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, to enhance efficiency in content management and learning delivery. • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring onboarding resources are accurate and accessible. • Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to continuously improve programs and resources. • Support the development and implementation of scalable onboarding processes that align with organizational goals. • Ensure consistency in messaging and accessibility standards across all onboarding content and communication.
