Role Description We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Systems Specialist who is fluent in Epicor ERP and NAPA TAMS to support daily operations, inventory accuracy, and system integrity. This role is critical in ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate data management, and cross departmental coordination. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and manage inventory records using Epicor ERP and NAPA TAMS - Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and cycle counts - Ensure data accuracy across systems and resolve discrepancies - Generate reports related to inventory levels, usage, and trends - Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to support supply chain needs - Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements - Train and support staff on Epicor and NAPA TAMS best practices - Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures - Other responsibilities as needed Qualifications - Proven hands on experience with Epicor ERP - Proven hands on experience with NAPA TAMS - Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to troubleshoot system and inventory issues - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools - Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience in automotive, fleet, parts, or maintenance environments - Previous ERP implementation or optimization experience - Understanding of purchasing and vendor management workflows Education and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent required - Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred - Two or more years of relevant system and inventory experience preferred Employment Requirements - All candidates must successfully pass a background check - All candidates must successfully pass a drug screening - All candidates must successfully complete a fit for duty exam Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Colville Inc is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
