Job Description

Project Manager, Growth Operations – Contract

Pearl Health

• This 4-month contract role owns end-to-end Growth contracting operations during the peak May–September period, supporting 100+ new and renewal contracts. • It's a hands-on execution role managing parallel workflows, partnering across Legal, CS, and ACO Operations, and working directly in CRM/CLM systems. • You’ll serve as the operational hub for the contracting pipeline during the highest-volume season. • Review outgoing contracts for completeness and accuracy prior to send. • Coordinate redline reviews between Growth, Legal, and counterparties, including managed version control, track open issues, and ensure the right stakeholders are looped at each stage. • Send finalized contracts for signature and track execution status through close. • Report out on contract process. • Serve as the operational point of contact for contracts requiring escalation, including flag issues clearly, route to Legal with appropriate context, and track resolution. • Maintain a log of open escalations and ensure nothing stalls without a clear owner and next step. • Conduct audits of executed contracts to verify accuracy of deal terms and then metadata property mapping. • Track compliance with internal contracting standards across the active book. • Surface discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate team. • Serve as day-to-day Ironclad operator during peak season — troubleshoot workflow errors and signature packet issues. • Maintain workflow accuracy and flag any system issues to the Growth Operations team for resolution. • Design and manage an automation for bulk contract creation. • Execute bulk contract creation workflows for peak-season volume (100+ contracts). • Ensure data accuracy across all bulk-generated contracts prior to send; coordinate with Growth and CS to validate inputs.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations
  • Direct experience with contract lifecycle management platforms; Ironclad strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive contracting workflows without losing accuracy
  • Strong coordination instincts — you know how to keep multiple workflows moving simultaneously and surface the right issues to the right people
  • Clear written communicator; comfortable drafting escalation summaries, status updates, and stakeholder-facing notes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with seasonal urgency.

Benefits

  • Duration: 4 month contract term.
