Role Description Apex Companies, LLC is seeking an experienced Water Resources Professional to join our team. This position is ideal for a Hydrogeologist, Water Resources Engineer, or Scientist with strong expertise in integrated surface and groundwater modeling using MIKE SHE and MIKE 11. - Develop and manage integrated surface/groundwater models using MIKE SHE / MIKE 11. - Create modeling input files from scratch and perform model calibration and scenario analysis. - Edit and create grid files, program MIKE 11 structures, and post-process grid and MIKE 11 result files. - Communicate technical work and findings effectively with clients. - Manage project schedules to ensure timely and effective delivery of client and project requirements, as well as overseeing the financial performance and budget. - Supervise and mentor junior staff members. Qualifications - Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering, hydrogeology, geology, environmental sciences, or earth science-related field. - Masters of Science degree desired. - 10+ years of experience with MIKE SHE / MIKE 11 modeling. - Solid understanding of ArcGIS, hydrology, hydraulics, and hydrogeology. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and client interaction abilities. - Leadership skills and willingness to guide junior team members. - Flexible on location in US with willingness to travel to Tampa or Fort Myers office. • Oversee the finance data platform, hosted on the Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC), ensuring its optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with the bank’s strategic goals. • OFSAA platform hosted on private cloud at customer model. Position holder liaise with Oracle and stay updated. • Oversee the operation and development of the finance data platform, ensuring seamless integration of data across OFSAA modules such as FTP, ALM, PFT & LLFP • Should own all future upgrade initiatives related to OFSAA platform upgrade. • Provide in-depth understanding of the bank’s financial systems, ensuring the platform supports critical finance and profitability reporting for the Group CEO, CFO, and other stakeholders. Also build and implement OFSAA rules to meet business requirements. • Design and enhance OFSAA data models using ERWin data modeling tool and Build download specifications for the OFSAA platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with evolving business needs. • Ensure that the platform delivers high-quality data for financial reporting and regulatory compliance, supporting critical decision-making across the organization. • Manage and optimize the data feed to the Oracle TRCS, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of corporate income tax data. • Support relationship and performance management by delivering accurate profitability data to Corporate and Retail Banking teams. • Lead the design and curation of data models from the bank’s Data Lake (hosted on Cloudera Hadoop) to ensure seamless data integration and processing. • Implement and maintain a robust data quality framework for the finance platform, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data. • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Regulatory, and other business units to ensure alignment of platform enhancements with organizational goals. • Position holder will be responsible in deal with Group and Country Finance senior leadership and collaborate and build stable bank Financials management systems.

• Lead all Brazilian tax compliance, reporting and planning, including: IRPJ/CSLL, PIS/COFINS, and ISS/ICMS (as applicable) • Ensure accurate and timely submission of ECF, ECD, DCTF, EFD-Contribuições, and other SPED obligations • Manage tax audits, inspections, and assessments with authorities • Monitor and interpret changes in Brazilian tax legislation and assess business impact • Drive tax optimization strategies aligned with compliance and business objectives • Oversee tax provisioning and effective tax rate management • Oversee monthly closing process under BR GAAP/IFRS • Ensure integrity of financial statements and internal reporting • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements • Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory bodies (e.g., Central Bank, CVM, SUSEP depending on entity type) • Support regulatory filings and interactions with authorities • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on regulatory matters • Provide support on cross-border transactions and structuring • Assist with international tax considerations, particularly within LatAm • Coordinate with global teams on: transfer pricing, intercompany transactions and tax reporting • Act as a key partner to senior leadership on: tax implications of new products (e.g., crypto, payments, digital services) and business expansion strategies • Support decision-making with financial and tax insights

• Prepare federal and state corporate income tax returns, extensions, and estimated tax payments • Calculate quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740 • Conduct tax research and respond to tax notices as needed • Assist with financial reporting automation initiatives • Support compliance and planning for state and local income taxes
