Technology Manager – Finance

• Oversee the finance data platform, hosted on the Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC), ensuring its optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with the bank’s strategic goals. • OFSAA platform hosted on private cloud at customer model. Position holder liaise with Oracle and stay updated. • Oversee the operation and development of the finance data platform, ensuring seamless integration of data across OFSAA modules such as FTP, ALM, PFT & LLFP • Should own all future upgrade initiatives related to OFSAA platform upgrade. • Provide in-depth understanding of the bank’s financial systems, ensuring the platform supports critical finance and profitability reporting for the Group CEO, CFO, and other stakeholders. Also build and implement OFSAA rules to meet business requirements. • Design and enhance OFSAA data models using ERWin data modeling tool and Build download specifications for the OFSAA platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with evolving business needs. • Ensure that the platform delivers high-quality data for financial reporting and regulatory compliance, supporting critical decision-making across the organization. • Manage and optimize the data feed to the Oracle TRCS, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of corporate income tax data. • Support relationship and performance management by delivering accurate profitability data to Corporate and Retail Banking teams. • Lead the design and curation of data models from the bank’s Data Lake (hosted on Cloudera Hadoop) to ensure seamless data integration and processing. • Implement and maintain a robust data quality framework for the finance platform, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data. • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Regulatory, and other business units to ensure alignment of platform enhancements with organizational goals. • Position holder will be responsible in deal with Group and Country Finance senior leadership and collaborate and build stable bank Financials management systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 10-12 years of experience managing financial data platforms, with specific expertise in OFSAA modules (FTP, ALM, PFT, LLFP) and cloud-based environments.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior Finance leadership to deliver robust reporting models.
  • Strong understanding of banking financials, profitability reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in data modeling, solution architecture, and data curation in large-scale Deep understanding of cloud-based hosting platforms, particularly Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC), and cloud architecture principles.
  • Strong knowledge of banking financials, profitability reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with Cloudera Hadoop data platform would be a plus.
  • Experience in solution architecture, data modeling, and integration of large-scale financial platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
