Role Description Fogelman is growing and adding a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is remote with a preferred base in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, or Houston. The Regional Marketing Specialist supports portfolio performance through data analysis, creative input, and cross-departmental collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role is well-suited for a multifamily marketing professional who enjoys working with both data and creative initiatives while operating under strategic direction. This individual will assist in translating data and market research into actionable recommendations that contribute to leasing performance, brand presence, and resident satisfaction. With a strong understanding of the multifamily industry, the Regional Marketing Specialist will support marketing efforts, help maintain brand consistency, and work alongside onsite teams to execute campaigns aligned with operational goals and ownership objectives. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a passion for supporting new ideas and working with cross-functional teams including Property Services, Asset Management, and Revenue Management. This role requires both analytical accuracy and creative thinking, balancing performance reporting with customer experience enhancements. Success in this position requires strong discipline, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with multifamily and lease-up experience strongly preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Experience with property management software and web-based marketing platforms - Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to follow direction, manage multiple priorities, and complete tasks within established timelines - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and support shared goals - Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits, meetings, conferences, and training Requirements - Data Analysis Support: Review internal data, partner insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to support informed decision-making - Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports evaluating ad source effectiveness, lead velocity, conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), social engagement, and resident sentiment - Marketing Plan Support: Assist in conducting market analysis and contribute to marketing plans for newly transitioned or developed assets - Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Property Services, Asset Management, Revenue Management, and Systems teams to support alignment of marketing efforts with business priorities - Pricing and Promotion Support: Collaborate with the Director of Performance Marketing and Revenue Management to support pricing strategies and promotional efforts - Lead Management Support: Partner with Brand Experience and Digital teams to help refine lead capture processes and activation workflows - Nurture Campaign Support: Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance prospect and resident communication strategies to improve satisfaction and retention - Brand Standards Compliance: Help ensure onsite teams are utilizing approved collateral, signage, and marketing materials aligned with brand standards - Content Coordination: Maintain and update community marketing assets including photography, floor plans, site maps, and videos to ensure accuracy across platforms - Regional Marketing Support: Participate in site visits to provide hands-on support and guidance to onsite teams regarding marketing platforms, social media, and reputation management best practices - Lease-Up Support: Assist with marketing efforts for new developments, including digital campaigns, outreach initiatives, and grand opening coordination - Technical Support: Manage marketing support tickets and respond within established timelines - Team Support: Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment across teams - Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring marketing spend to align with property budgets and performance goals - Cost Awareness: Identify opportunities to support efficient use of marketing resources - Client Support: Assist the Director of Performance Marketing with client communications, meetings, and follow-ups - Reporting Assistance: Help prepare performance reports and updates for client review - Initiative Support: Contribute to marketing projects such as website updates, digital campaigns, and other initiatives under the direction of senior team members - Digital Support: Collaborate with internal teams to support improvements in digital presence and search visibility Benefits - Competitive pay and benefits - Ongoing training and innovative technology - Associate recognition and rewards - Community involvement - Opportunities for career growth
