Role Description The Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of an assigned portfolio of projects, ensuring all agency deliverables align with client objectives and are completed within established quality, budget, and timeline expectations. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client satisfaction by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. Serving as a primary agency contact for ongoing project execution, the Account Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining trusted client relationships while ensuring seamless communication across internal teams. In addition, this role provides oversight and mentorship to Account Executives, supporting their development while ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and at the highest standard. Qualifications - 4-6 years of relevant experience in account services within an advertising agency or related industry required - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, science, or a related field preferred - Experience supporting multiple brands, therapeutic areas, and client organizations - Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Requirements - Lead day-to-day execution across assigned accounts and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives and quality standards - Serve as a primary client contact for ongoing executional work, maintaining proactive communication, responsiveness, and strong client relationships - Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Operations, and Project Management teams to support seamless workflow management and integrated execution - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and strengthen team collaboration to drive high-quality work and client satisfaction - Anticipate project challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects and teams on track - Support preparation for client meetings, presentations, and status updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders - Oversee and mentor Account Executives by providing guidance on timelines, client communication, accuracy, quality of work, and overall professional development - Participate in client-related travel as required, including local (tri-state) and domestic travel, with potential for international travel Benefits - Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 - This position may be performed remotely within the United States. - For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location. - Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
