Cintra: The Multi-Cloud Database Architects

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Cintra Channel Partners, AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and Partner Solution Architects. • Develop and execute regional partner engagement plans. • Act as the primary liaison between Cintra and assigned partners. • Conduct regular partner business reviews and account planning sessions. • Generate and develop partner-sourced opportunities across Cintra service offerings. • Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to identify customer cloud migration, modernization, and optimization opportunities. • Drive qualified pipeline growth and partner-influenced revenue. • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking. • Coordinate joint campaigns, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives. • Deliver enablement sessions to partner sales and technical teams.

• Analyse Oracle Database environments to determine licensing requirements and compliance • Provide strategic licensing guidance to clients and internal teams • Produce detailed licensing reports & executive summaries • Act as a Subject Matter Expert during Oracle audits

• Provide expert database presales support to the sales team • Be a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in their cloud journey • Qualify new opportunities and assess customer needs • Lead technical database discovery sessions and design optimal solutions • Develop proposals, pricing, and customer presentations • Work closely with Cintra’s service delivery teams on the database architecture • Support post-sales delivery to ensure project success

• Drive OLA adoption across the AWS NAMER organisation • Build your own network within AWS NAMER • Support and learn from our senior NAMER APM • Handle activity tracking, pipeline reporting, and administrative elements of the APM function • Identify stakeholders across a large, complex organisation

• Provide expert database presales support to the sales team • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their cloud and modernisation journey • Qualify new opportunities and assess customer technical and business requirements • Lead database discovery sessions and design fit-for-purpose solutions • Develop solution proposals, pricing models, and customer presentations • Collaborate closely with Cintra’s delivery teams on database and cloud architecture • Support post-sales delivery to help ensure successful project outcomes

• Design cloud architecture solutions. • Write software using Cloud SDKs. • Utilize networking skills including DNS, VPNs, WANs, & LANs.
