Job Requirements
- Experience in BDR, inside sales, partner management, or customer success (revenue/expansion focus)
- Demonstrable ability to network, build relationships, and manage stakeholder outreach at volume
- Background in cloud technology, database environments, Oracle or Microsoft licensing — highly desirable
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Located near or willing to travel to key AWS US hub locations (Seattle, New York, Austin, etc.)

Role Description The Strategic Projects Manager is responsible for leading and delivering high-impact, cross-functional programmes and projects that directly support the organisation’s regional strategic objectives. The role focuses on translating strategic intent into executable initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business priorities, and delivering sustainable value. A strong leader of people, with broad operations or manufacturing management experience would be ideally suited to this role. The role operates across functions, regions, or business units, working closely with senior leaders, functional owners, and external partners to ensure disciplined execution, effective governance, and measurable outcomes. With the geographical scope of the role will come a requirement to travel internationally and manage projects when they require such attention. What you’ll do: - Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation projects aligned to corporate or business-unit strategy. - Translate strategic goals into structured project plans, milestones, and benefit-realisation frameworks. - Manage multiple, concurrent projects within a strategic portfolio, ensuring prioritisation reflects business value and capacity. - Develop and maintain business cases, project charters, and investment justifications. - Establish appropriate governance structures, including steering committees, escalation pathways, and decision gates. - Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation; intervene where required to protect outcomes. - Engage senior stakeholders and functional leaders to align expectations, secure resources, and drive accountability. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure efficient use of capital and people. - Track financial performance, savings, cost avoidance, and ROI against approved business cases. • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement of standard accounts and encourage retailers to make changes to improve their performance and increase revenue. • Ensure that retailers supply quality products and comply with the terms and conditions of selling on Fruugo. • Preventing attrition of standard accounts as much as possible, and collaborating with other departments to keep the removal rate low. • Identify retailers with high cancellation rates and working with the retailer to resolve the issues causing this. • Maintain Fruugo CRM records for Standard Accounts in Monday.com and that appropriate contact management is in place for all other retailer accounts. • Conduct account reviews for newly launched retailers and being the point of contact for these retailers moving forward. • Deal with inbound retailer queries for standard accounts, and be responsible for any issues with standard accounts that are escalated to Account Management from other departments.
