En este momento, y como parte de nuestro crecimiento, buscamos un Key Account Manager (KAM) para el canal Retail en GUATEMALA, enfocado en desarrollar alianzas estratégicas con grandes distribuidores de tecnología que deseen ofrecer a sus clientes un valor agregado mediante los seguros Insurama. Misión del puesto: - Gestionar, desarrollar y maximizar el rendimiento de alianzas estratégicas con grandes distribuidores de tecnología y bienes físicos. - Ofrecer productos de protección de dispositivos electrónicos y otros bienes físicos desarrollados por Insurama en alianza con aseguradoras locales de primer nivel en Guatemala. - Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio a través de una relación cercana con los partners, una ejecución comercial excelente y una gestión analítica de las cuentas. Qualifications - +4 años de experiencia gestionando cuentas en el canal retail tecnológico en Guatemala. - Experiencia con retailers, distribuidores, fabricantes o compañías telco. - Background en soluciones B2B2C vinculadas a tecnología o servicios asociados. - Valorable experiencia en seguros, asistencias o servicios financieros ligados a retail. Requirements - Perfil claramente farmer, orientado a maximizar y desarrollar cuentas existentes. - Excelente capacidad relacional e influencia con partners. - Fuerte orientación a resultados y a negocio. - Mentalidad analítica y capacidad de trabajar con datos. - Alto nivel de autonomía y responsabilidad. - Capacidad de ejecución en entorno dinámico y operativo. • Be the primary relationship owner for a book of existing customers in Japan: retention, renewals, upsells and adoption-driven expansion. • Build trusted executive and technical relationships with customers (in Japanese and English). Place Where Services Are to Be Delivered The consultancy is home-based, though travel to SYP countries and the ESARO region may be required. Expected Travel Pre-approved travel is expected, and a tentative plan should be included in the interpretation of the ToR.
