Travel typically consists of 1–2 trips per month, with durations ranging from 1–5 days depending on project needs. - This position may require driving as part of the job responsibilities, a clean DMV record is a requirement. - This position requires U.S. citizenship due to federal contract/security requirements. Preferred Qualifications - Experience delivering large-scale, multi-site or portfolio-level programs, including facility condition assessments (FCA), capital planning, and maintenance and lifecycle planning. - Experience working with public-sector or institutional clients, such as municipalities, counties, K-12, higher education, or transportation agencies. - Demonstrated ability to translate asset data and assessment findings into capital investment strategies, prioritization frameworks, and long-range planning efforts. - Experience supporting client relationship management, proposal development, and strategic pursuits, including identification of follow-on opportunities and program expansion. - Experience using asset management systems and tools to support facility assessments, capital planning, and lifecycle decision-making. - Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders and facilitating discussions. - Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and geographies, supporting both program delivery and regional growth initiatives.
