Role Summary The Solution Architect plays a critical role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role focuses on translating business and technical requirements into end-to-end solution designs while ensuring architectural consistency, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. What You’ll Do - Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business, technology, and enterprise objectives - Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions - Produce architecture deliverables including solution diagrams, integration flows, technical specifications, and architecture decision documents - Define and apply architectural patterns, standards, and best practices across projects and platforms - Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and infrastructure teams throughout the delivery lifecycle - Design solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments - Define integration approaches using REST APIs, messaging platforms, and middleware technologies - Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, availability, and reliability - Support technical governance, architecture reviews, and solution approvals - Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and delivery teams - Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints, and recommend mitigation approaches - Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture standards, frameworks, and delivery processes - Support Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, solution clarification, and implementation guidance What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field - 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, system design, or IT architecture - 3–5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or equivalent role - Strong experience designing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems - Solid understanding of architectural patterns, system integration, and modern application design principles - Experience producing architecture artifacts such as solution diagrams, architecture blueprints, and technical documentation - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, on-premise infrastructure, and hybrid environments - Experience with REST APIs, messaging systems, and integration middleware technologies - Strong understanding of non-functional requirements including security, scalability, availability, and performance - Experience designing solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance standards - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences - Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments Additional Skills & Experience - TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification preferred - Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, E-commerce, or Enterprise Technology environments - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices - Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and containerization technologies - Experience working with architecture governance frameworks and technology roadmaps - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams - Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments - Availability to work onsite 5 days per week in Sathorn, Bangkok Why Join CAPCO - Work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks/insurance in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry - Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture - Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications - Be part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services - Help shape the future of digital transformation across FS & Energy We offer: - - A work culture focused on innovation and creating lasting value for our clients and employees - Ongoing learning opportunities to help you acquire new skills or deepen existing expertise in our financial services offerings - A flat, non-hierarchical structure that will enable you to work with senior partners and directly with clients - An agile, diverse, entrepreneurial, inclusive, meritocratic culture Joining Capco means joining an organisation that is committed to an inclusive working environment where you’re encouraged to #BeYourselfAtWork.
