• Serve as the first point of contact for deal requests, ensuring complete inputs and clear requirements. • Lead cross-functional deal reviews with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps. • Maintain accurate deal documentation, approval context, and follow-through across the lifecycle. • Partner with Sales early to shape pricing strategy and commercial structure. • Support partner and channel deal structures aligned with program rules and margin expectations. • Advise on SaaS deal mechanics including multi-year terms, ramps, co-terms, migrations, and consolidations. • Evaluate commercial risk, precedent, and downstream operational impact to recommend balanced deal structures. • Review pricing, discounting, contract terms, billing cadence, and escalators. • Partner with Finance and Legal to assess commercial and contractual risk. • Ensure deal structures align with financial metrics (ACV, ARR, MRR, TCV) and revenue recognition policies. • Manage approval workflows and escalate complex deals with clear analysis and recommendations. • Enforce pricing policies, approval matrices, and commercial guardrails. • Ensure non-standard deals follow documented exception processes. • Identify recurring exceptions and partner with RevOps to improve policies, workflows, and systems. • Act as a trusted advisor to sellers on pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial positioning. • Help sellers understand what’s approvable, what requires escalation, and how to structure deals efficiently. • Use CRM, contract, pricing, and financial data to inform deal decisions. • Build, configure, and validate quotes for new business, renewals, expansions, and complex deal scenarios. • Prepare complete, compliant booking packages and ensure smooth handoff to Order Management and Billing. • Track and analyze Deal Desk KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

• Conduct business-area specific analyses for migrations and oversee content rationalization. • Convert business requirements into functional input for the platform team. • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate content testing. • Facilitate adoption and change management, providing training for business content authors. • Secure business UAT sign-off during pilot phases.

• Define and oversee functional analysis models, templates, and documentation standards • Translate business needs into AEMaaCS/EDS-compliant functional designs • Develop and maintain authoring guidelines and operational manuals • Design and deliver training for authors and support teams, coaching other analysts • Increase the reuse of functional patterns to speed up large-scale migrations

• Providing advanced analysis and administration of the compensation programs that support SGS North America compensation strategy. • Ensuring compliance, external competitiveness and internal equity of compensation programs in Canada and the United States. • Supports pay equity and pay transparency reporting in Canada. • Conducting market research on salary budgets, supporting system preparations, completing data audits, developing training materials and training HR community and Managers on required process steps. • Partnering with Head of Total Rewards and Finance team on annual short term incentive payout and monthly accrual process. • Managing other variable compensation programs by preparing calculation files, data audits, and coordinating payments with payroll department. • Leading job description harmonization project by partnering with business and HR partners to streamline our job description depository.
