• Providing advanced analysis and administration of the compensation programs that support SGS North America compensation strategy. • Ensuring compliance, external competitiveness and internal equity of compensation programs in Canada and the United States. • Supports pay equity and pay transparency reporting in Canada. • Conducting market research on salary budgets, supporting system preparations, completing data audits, developing training materials and training HR community and Managers on required process steps. • Partnering with Head of Total Rewards and Finance team on annual short term incentive payout and monthly accrual process. • Managing other variable compensation programs by preparing calculation files, data audits, and coordinating payments with payroll department. • Leading job description harmonization project by partnering with business and HR partners to streamline our job description depository.

• Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives. • Jointly participate in projects & tasks while advancing skills in discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements and automated workflows • Optimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution design • Conduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workarounds • Work cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in Alteryx • Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives • Drive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team’s ability to operate & execute on our initiatives

• Supporting the strategy for sourcing technology applications to meet the requirements of the Work Dynamics business line across the Americas • Working closely with Director, Sourcing Technology to build and support the end-to-end sourcing technology strategy and vision • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing activities with business objectives while communicating latest developments in sourcing technology • Coordinating with team members and subject matter experts to solution sourcing technology applications and data requirements • Conducting technology training and engaging with end users on deployment and operational efforts for new applications • Serving as the first point of contact for sourcing technology and data insights and guidance to Work Dynamics teams • Searching for efficiencies and improvements in end user process flow while facilitating spend report requests outside of standard scope • Recording and tracking key client attribute updates to maintain data quality within the sourcing technology ecosystem
