Job Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core certification (highly desirable).
- Minimum of 2 full end-to-end implementations as an EC Consultant/Functional Analyst.
- Specific knowledge: MDF (Metadata Framework) and RBP (Role-Based Permissions).
- Handling of Data Models (Corporate, Succession, Country Specific).
- Knowledge of Time Off and Time Tracking (time and absence module) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Brazil Localization (local labor compliance).
- Previous experience with SAP HCM On-Premise.
