• Develop scalable, secure, fault-tolerant, and well-documented web applications across both backend and frontend. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and modern web user interfaces. • Create automated tests to ensure application quality and reliability. • Collaborate with engineers, testers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality products. • Review, debug, optimize, and refactor code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability. • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions. • Proactively identify and discuss system, security, UX, and performance improvements. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application monitoring.

• Participate in requirements analysis for software projects. • Write clean, scalable code using the latest .NET technologies • Test and deploy applications into the cloud • Revise, update, refactor and debug code. • Upgrade, configure, and debug existing systems • Provide technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies

• Design a 12-month security roadmap • Establish a Risk Register • Mentor IT Manager, training developers on secure coding and DevSecOps • Ensure compliance with GDPR, Philippines Data Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Act • Draft and implement core policies and oversee security tool selection

• Take full ownership of game design and the end-to-end player experience. • Critically audit existing mechanics, reward loops, and onboarding flows to identify areas for optimization. • Propose and prototype concrete enhancements for retention strategies, mini-game, training task. • Design new gameplay systems that harmonize engagement with our client's core neurocognitive goals. • Refine UX details including copy, pacing, and friction points across the mobile application. • Collaborate with the engineering team to leverage behavioral data in design choices. • Communicate concepts through clear specifications and actionable prototypes for development.

• Teach English 2 times a week, 2 sessions a day (one session lasts an hour)

• Own client paid media accounts from onboarding through ongoing management: media plans, budgets, campaign structure, audience strategy, and creative briefs • Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads; extend into Microsoft Ads, TikTok and other platforms where relevant • Run structured testing programs (ad copy, creative, landing pages, bidding strategies) and scale what works • Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, offline conversion imports) and ensure data accuracy • Build clear, insight-driven client reports and present results, learnings, and recommendations directly to clients • Manage budgets carefully, hitting CPA/ROAS targets • Stay ahead of platform changes (Privacy Sandbox, AI-driven bidding, new ad formats) and advise clients proactively

• Expect to be involved in a few projects at the same time. • Most of our projects are with high-tech companies developing modern software products with the latest technologies. • Be part of our process improvement team, which continuously works on making Arcanys a more effective company.

• Jump in various startups to review and improve product management practices. • Occasionally jump in as fractional product manager to help accelerate product ideation. • Develop training and learning plan, to increase the understanding of fast product development, for business analysts and architect colleagues. • Help review and evaluate product roadmaps of potential investments, including competitive analysis. • Contribute to the improvement of internal Arcanys tools.

• Deliver scheduled concierge consultations (video and phone) with homeowners who are exploring electrification options for their homes • Provide expert, impartial guidance on solar, battery storage, EV charging, hot water heat pumps, and whole-home electrification • Review and explain installer quotes in plain language, helping customers understand what they are actually being offered • Identify the right solution for each homeowner's situation — technical, financial, and lifestyle fit • Use the company concierge platform and CRM to log notes, outcomes, and follow-up actions after each call • Uphold the company standard: friendly, knowledgeable, zero-pressure, and genuinely helpful • Collaborate with the broader Concierge team on quality, learnings, and continuous improvement

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. • Design and implement effective training paths to enhance team members' skills and career progression. • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and supporting individual development plans. • Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the QA team. • Define and implement robust automation strategies and frameworks based on deep expertise in test automation. • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge automation tools and best practices to enhance efficiency and test coverage. • Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related matters, collaborating closely with development teams. • Establish, monitor, and refine QA processes and methodologies to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness. • Identify areas for improvement within the QA function and implement data-driven solutions. • Undertake and manage ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the department.
