• You are the engine behind HR execution • Recruiting Coordination: Post jobs, track candidates, and manage communications with consistency • Maintain ATS data accuracy from application through hire • Prepare offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and screenings • Coordinate onboarding logistics with precision and follow-through • Track recruiting metrics and keep data clean and reliable • Payroll Administration: Process weekly payroll with a zero-error mindset • Audit timekeeping and resolve discrepancies before submission • Maintain employee payroll changes accurately and on schedule • Handle garnishments and wage assignments with compliance focus • HR Systems: Maintain clean, accurate employee data across all HR records • Generate reports and support operational decision-making • Troubleshoot employee access and system questions • Identify opportunities to improve workflows within the system • HR Operations Support: Maintain confidential employee records with strict attention to detail • Process verifications, unemployment claims, and workers’ comp intake • Support leave tracking and benefits administration logistics • Assist with audits, compliance documentation, and reporting • Respond to routine HR questions with professionalism and discretion
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR coordination or support experience
- Hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience (required)
- Strong working knowledge of HR compliance (FLSA, FMLA, I-9, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
- Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Role Description This position is located within the Veterans Affairs VISN 12 Pharmacy Clinical Contact Center. The certified GS-9 Pharmacy Technician Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all Pharmacy non-pharmacist technical staff and volunteers. Major Duties: - Develop the work schedule, plan and grant leave, and rotate duties of the pharmacy technician staff. - Continuously analyze and reassess priorities, redirecting staff to assure that workload demands are accomplished in the most effective, efficient, and economic manner possible. - Assist with the development of performance standards that are realistic, challenging, and supportive of the organizational mission, vision, and goals. - Responsible for ensuring all employees meet performance standards and competencies; identify areas for improvement as needed. - Recommend counseling and disciplinary action based upon conduct under the supervision of the Chief of Pharmacy Supervisor with guidance from Employee Labor Relations. - Conduct technician meetings to assure proper updates of departmental and local pharmacy communications. - Assist in the development of policies and procedures and participate in departmental goal planning and quality improvement activities.
