The Project Manager is a key contributor managing all aspects of  projects from initial client engagement to go-live. You will have expertise in on-boarding for new clients, have  strong project management skills, as well as an affinity for the management of technical tasks with clients. You  will have an opportunity to take on interesting and challenging projects and work across industries and  geographies. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including  personalized training, to help you grow as a project manager.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  - Co-ordinate day-to-day project delivery, manage project scope, budgets, delivery timelines and  resource allocations for a portfolio of small to medium sized projects  - Establish a trusting relationship with customers and partners  - Maintain project metrics and health in Kyriba’s PSA tool, including estimated go-live dates and budgets - Monitor project hours and financial budgets, and communicate project budget consumption - Manage projects to agreed scope and manage changes via a risk, issue and change log shared with the client and project team  - Develop straightforward project timelines that ensures project goals are met and actionable tasks are clearly defined with owners  - Proactively manage risks, issues and changes  - Conduct regular project oversight meetings with clients, project team and other stakeholders - Review and approve timesheets of implementation consultants working on owned projects in a timely  manner  - Review and approve client consulting invoices for owned projects  - Develop a functional knowledge of the Kyriba software and integration methods via Kyriba Academy  training - Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client  implementations   - Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in  project management software   - Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time  - Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80%   Education, Experience and Skills:  - 3 – 5+ years’ project management experience preferred in SaaS implementations, treasury  management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience - PMP, Prince2 or other project management certification is a plus  - Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity,  Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting,  Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management  - Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Management, Finance or relevant work experience - Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus - Critical thinking and out-of-the box solution approach  - Strong verbal, written and presentation skills   - English and Spanish written and verbal skills are required  Our Values Guide Everything We Do - Think Big & Constantly Innovate: We have the confidence to think big, embrace change, challenge the status quo, and continuously evolve - incorporating new technologies and driving industry progress.  - Put our Customers’ Outcomes First: We are passionate about delivering the highest value for our customers and supporting them with end-to-end care throughout their journey with us.  - Act with Integrity: Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.  For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $670,400.00 - $847,850.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
