This role is essential in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring leaders alike. Responsibilities Include: - Partner with recruiters to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support throughout the hiring process - Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders regarding application status, job postings, and hiring procedures - Coordinate candidate interviews, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and event logistics - Screen applications to verify minimum qualifications and follow up with candidates for additional information - Assist with offer letter preparation, applicant tracking system updates, and onboarding coordination - Verify employment qualifications, including licensure, certification, and education - Represent Emplify Health at job fairs and recruitment events as needed - Communicate job offers and onboarding details to new hires - Support orientation scheduling and follow-up to enhance new hire engagement and retention - Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment workflows What You'll Need: - Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across departments - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism - Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding processes is preferred - Comfort and confidence engaging with providers and clinical leaders to support recruitment and hiring needs What's Available: - 1.0 FTE - Schedule: Monday-Friday Days typically 8:00am-4:30pm - Location: The team is based at the Front Street office in La Crosse, WI.
