Role Description As a Sales Manager, you'll focus on selling B2B financial service packages, including outsourced accounting, reporting, VAT compliance coordination, and other finance-related solutions to international clients. Your day will involve: - Identifying new business opportunities through events and referrals. - Preparing tailored proposals in collaboration with our finance team. - Building long-term client relationships. - Guiding clients through onboarding. - Tracking your pipeline and revenue in the CRM. - Managing complex, consultative sales cycles. Qualifications - Experience in B2B financial or professional services sales, such as accounting, payroll, outsourcing, BPO, consulting, VAT coordination, or finance-related SaaS solutions. - A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear service proposals. - Experience working with corporate finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Accounting Managers) or a strong interest in finance, accounting, or compliance topics with the willingness to learn VAT- or tax-related processes. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain finance-related concepts in clear, customer-friendly language. - Goal-oriented mindset and comfort in structured, relationship-driven environments. - Good English skills for communication with international clients and colleagues. Role Description This is a contingent position based upon customer approval.
