Digital Interface Manager

IONITY

• Manage digital interfaces from a business perspective, serving as the primary Business Owner towards IT • Define and document business requirements, including data streams for tracking, reporting, and analytics • Drive the delivery of new features and services through structured requirements management and close collaboration with development teams • Serve as the central contact person across teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders including Marketing, Legal, Controlling, and others • Coordinate the successful launch of new features and services while managing ongoing lifecycle activities • Act as the primary contact for external digital interfaces, including roaming hubs and Mobility Service Provider (MSP) partners • Align on joint strategy, business roadmaps, and the baseline for collaboration with external partners • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and interface specifications in a business context • Manage Point-of-Interest (POI) data connections, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and high data quality standards • Define processes and quality metrics for POI data, working with relevant internal and external data providers • Define and continuously evolve the app strategy, roadmap, and business requirements • Evaluate the business and customer potential of future digital business models and features • Translate strategic objectives into concrete product initiatives and prioritized backlogs • Define, track, and manage KPIs to ensure that business targets are met • Proactively identify deviations from targets and make necessary adjustments transparent to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner • Establish regular reporting cadences and dashboards in collaboration with Controlling and Data teams • Continuously monitor the market for new trends, emerging technologies, and competitor developments in the digital interface space • Synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and roadmap prioritization • Actively support user testing activities for app features and digital interfaces • Collaborate with UX/CX teams to interpret test results and translate findings into product improvements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in product management, digital business development, or a comparable role
  • Experience from EV charging, automotive or energy sector is a plus
  • Solid understanding of digital product management principles and agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe)
  • Experience working with data tracking concepts, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations, digital platform ecosystems, or mobility/EV industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with common product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, roadmapping tools)
  • Business-level proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
