Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on coding and architecture.
- 7+ years in engineering leadership roles, including managing managers.
- Proven experience leading new product teams or cross-functional squads.
- Experience scaling products across diverse or international user bases.
- Professional-level English proficiency is required for all roles.
