We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead an established, talented team of backend and frontend engineers building the next generation of cloud-native data protection. In this role, your focus will be on execution, technical excellence, and talent retention. We need a hands-on leader who "speaks" Kubernetes fluently and has deep expertise in Go to guide architectural decisions and complement senior engineers.
