• Apoiar equipes no entendimento do planejamento e execução do portfólio de produtos para a tribo. • Auxiliar na condução de chamadas de comunicação. • Disseminar o padrão organizacional para processos de Discovery e Delivery. • Crie e mantenha templates e documentações para facilitar o dia a dia das tribos. • Apoiar na padronização e garantia do cumprimento das cerimônias ágeis entre as squads (diários, revisões, planejamentos, retrospectivas). • Apoiar a tribo na organização dos OKRs. • Apoiar responsáveis da tribo e equipe sem entendimento de considerações ágeis. • Preparar apresentações executivas para reuniões internacionais. • Sustentar o uso da ferramenta para gestão de projetos: atualização de quadros, revisão de regras e fluxo de trabalho. • Conduzir e analisar pesquisas internacionais, especialmente no contexto de cultura.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência anterior (ou forte interesse) em rotinas de agilidade, projetos ou operações.
  • Conhecimento básico em metodologias ágeis (Kanban, OKRs, Discoveries).
  • Noções básicas de métricas de fluxo como Lead Time, Cycle Time, WIP e Throughput.
  • Organização, boa comunicação oral e escrita.
  • Capacidade de facilitar reuniões/cerimônias e interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa.
  • Habilidade com ferramentas como PowerPoint, Planilhas ou similares.
