Role Description Nat-Cat Inc. is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our restoration team in managing water, fire, and mold damage projects from start to finish. - Schedule and coordinate jobs, crews, and resources - Communicate with clients, vendors, and insurance partners - Track project progress and maintain documentation - Ensure timelines and quality standards are met Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role within a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams. - Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello. - Detail-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach and agility in adapting to change. - Knowledge or passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
