Senior Value Delivery Manager

Role Description BigPanda is seeking an experienced Senior Value Delivery Manager (VDM) to join our Professional Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention. VDMs lead implementations that unify traditionally siloed IT functions across: - Observability - Event Management - Incident Management - Problem Management - Change Management - Site Reliability Engineering - Operations They must quickly understand each customer’s IT support model, uncover their greatest pain points, and prioritize delivery of iterative outcomes that reinforce trust in BigPanda’s products and expertise. Responsibilities: - Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects deliver business value and technical alignment. - Quickly assess a customer’s IT operations model and guide changes that enable cross-department collaboration through BigPanda. - Partner with Solution Architects and Engineers to translate operational challenges into product requirements and best-practice designs. - Develop and maintain roadmaps using data-driven analysis to guide direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes. - Partner with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless Sales <> Services transitions and maintain alignment on critical value delivery work streams. - Scope, prioritize, and deliver iterative outcomes that reinforce value realization. - Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in decentralized enterprise organizations; ensure the right people are “in the room” to drive adoption and change. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with customer and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes. - Champion customer success stories and outcomes that validate BigPanda’s business value. - Contribute to BigPanda’s best practices framework and support continuous improvement of our delivery methodology. Qualifications - 6+ years project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations - Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions - Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources - Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude - Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads - Experience developing risk identification and mitigation plans - Experience developing and delivering value-oriented roadmaps - Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex projects statuses to multiple stakeholders including C-Suite executives. - Experience in AIOps or ITOps strongly preferred - Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones Benefits - Competitive equity - Remote-first environment - Unlimited PTO - Twelve (12) paid holidays throughout the year - Comprehensive health benefits - #PandaParent support.
