FP&A Manager

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes, partnering closely with functional and clinic leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and strategy-aligned submissions. • Build dynamic financial models, KPI dashboards, and scenario analyses that inform business planning and support new clinic openings, service line expansions, and capital investment decisions. • Drive long-range strategic planning efforts, developing financial frameworks that support margin improvement, market expansion, and multi-site growth. • Prepare and present executive-level financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making by clinic and senior leadership. • Track and communicate key performance indicators across clinic operations, including patient volumes, revenue per visit, staffing ratios, payer mix, and operating margins. • Take full ownership of financial analyses and strategic projects through to final recommendations, building Board- and leadership-ready materials that distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with clinic, operations, and clinical leadership, facilitating regular financial reviews and serving as a strategic thought partner to drive performance improvement. • Partner with accounting, revenue cycle management, and operational teams to ensure financial data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support payer mix reviews and reimbursement trend monitoring. • Continuously improve financial reporting tools, forecasting methodologies, and dashboard capabilities to enhance accuracy, transparency, and usability; drive initiatives to advance process automation and financial systems integration. • Lead financial diligence and scenario planning for business cases related to new clinic openings, payer contract negotiations, and market expansion opportunities. • Model and measure the ROI of strategic initiatives, including technology investments, automation opportunities, and operational improvement efforts. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, risks, and cost-saving initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or healthcare financial operations; multi-site healthcare or outpatient behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare reimbursement, payer mix, and clinic operational drivers.
