Financial Analytics Consultant

Sand Cherry

• Perform advanced financial analytics to support business decisions • Create and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting and reporting • Build and evaluate business cases and scenario analyses • Work with relational databases to extract, manipulate, and analyze data • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data analysis and reporting • Utilize scripting where needed to automate processes and enhance data workflows • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights • Perform ad-hoc dashboard reporting as needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Computer Science
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel- creating pivot tables, working with macros and VBA
  • Strong experience with SQL queries
  • Proven experience building financial models and business use cases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and adaptable personality to work on multiple tasks with different teams
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
