Workday Administrator
Nava PBC
Role Description Nava is seeking a consultant for shared services & platform expertise to build and maintain custom reports and configure Business Processes (BPs) as a shared service for all Workday-enabled units across Nava. - Serve as the company’s Workday SME, developing deep knowledge of platform capabilities and proactively identifying opportunities for greater leverage across the organization. - Make recommendations about additional Workday SKUs or features Nava could invest in. - Manage system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts. Data integrity responsibilities include: - Own long-term data integrity for Workday, including cross-functional collaboration to drive timely data updates and design processes that keep data accurate and reliable. - Establish and maintain data standards and protocols across the production environment. For integrations & vendor management: - Partner with IT as an internal business partner on system integrations; collaborate to evaluate scope and complexity and determine when third-party vendor support is needed. - Manage and coordinate third-party vendor relationships when external support is engaged. Stakeholder support & change management includes: - Develop testing frameworks and coordinate user acceptance testing across departments. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all user groups. - Train and support end users across different functional areas. - Translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions. Total hours not to exceed 1,040 hours. Consultant shall use allotted hours based on Nava’s needs within the period of performance. Please note: Consultants/Contractors are not eligible for Nava benefits unless hired in a full-time capacity. Qualifications - Legal authorization to work in the United States. - Ability to meet any other requirements for government contracts for which candidates are hired. - Work authorization that doesn’t require visa sponsorship, now or in the future. - May be subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract.
