Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience; 2+ years managing engineers.
- Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
- Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design
