Role Description This role is responsible for assisting our clients with the end to end process of completing enrollments in order to submit and receive electronic EDI transactions. This Adoption and Training Specialist will lead workforce enablement for the USUHS in a remote capacity. This position requires an Active Secret security clearance, so US or Naturalized citizenship is required. This role is responsible for translating Google Workspace, Gemini, AppSheet, and related capabilities into practical, mission-supporting workflows that improve staff productivity, automate routine tasks, and support academic and administrative operations. The specialist will drive the secure, effective, and responsible adoption of Gemini and Google-native tools across university departments while reinforcing approved data handling, human review, and compliance with university and DoW policies.
