What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features for the Cracker Barrel iOS application. - Work closely with designers to ensure that the user interface and experience align with Cracker Barrel's brand identity and standards. - Integrate with external APIs and data sources to provide dynamic content and functionality within the app. - Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. - Continuously monitor app performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven working experience in iOS app development and have published at least one original iOS app. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for iOS applications. - Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications. - Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C programming languages. - Experience with iOS frameworks. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of app security and data protection measures. - Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
