Job Requirements
- Exceptional written English with the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically.
- The ability to take ownership of problems through to resolution without waiting to be asked.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing operational workflows where accuracy matters.
- A student-first mindset with the integrity and reliability to back it up in day-to-day work.
- Confidence working across multiple systems, tools, and communication channels simultaneously.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in student engagement, customer operations, or another detail-oriented customer-facing role.
- Nice to have: Experience working in EdTech or the education sector.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and communication tools such as Slack and Missive.
- Experience supporting international or Australian customers.
- Experience improving workflows, systems, or operational processes.

Site Planner Remote Headquarters Full time Houston, Texas, United States The Site Planner 1 is primarily responsible for completion of lot fit requests, redraws, and supporting the New Home Starts department as needed. What You’ll Do - Complete lot fit requests. - Complete site plan redraws as assigned. - Set up preliminary site plans from surveys or plats on AutoCAD. - Maintain an understanding of current Perry Homes design standards, code and community guidelines, as they apply to lot fits and redraws. - From time to time must complete projects on very short notice with extreme time constraints.
