Job Requirements

  • Exceptional written English with the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically.
  • The ability to take ownership of problems through to resolution without waiting to be asked.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing operational workflows where accuracy matters.
  • A student-first mindset with the integrity and reliability to back it up in day-to-day work.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems, tools, and communication channels simultaneously.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in student engagement, customer operations, or another detail-oriented customer-facing role.
  • Nice to have: Experience working in EdTech or the education sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and communication tools such as Slack and Missive.
  • Experience supporting international or Australian customers.
  • Experience improving workflows, systems, or operational processes.
