Job Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience in an agency or professional setting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field — or a strong portfolio demonstrating client or project work at a comparable level.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a portfolio that demonstrates range across formats and use cases.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to produce polished, brand-consistent output in both.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines, and communicate proactively when priorities shift.
- Strong visual communication skills, with an eye for typography, layout, and hierarchy across print and digital formats.
- Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
