• Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, and wallpaper using PowerPoint. • Set up high-resolution print files – downloading, upscaling, and resizing images correctly. • Ensure color accuracy for all deliverables Color adjustments/matching. • Collaborate with our design, print, and production teams to bring concepts to completion. • Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to format and refine print-ready artwork. • Enforce quality control standards to ensure all files output meet expectations. • Maintain precise and organized documentation and file systems. • Stay current with design trends and emerging tech (including AI tools) to boost quality and efficiency. • Image recreations, Custom mural creations and AI generation, • Preparing ADA Signage, Custom art, mural and logos/cutouts spec packages and files ready for printing/cutting on media other than paper: canvas, vinyl, acrylic etc. These files are printed and cut on our CNC and Laser Cutters, as well as roll to roll and flatbed printers.

• Conceptualize and design premium marketing collateral, including project brochures, floor plans, fact sheets, and OOH hoarding designs. • Create high-end digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and performance marketing. • Retouch and enhance architectural 3D renders, lifestyle photography, and property videos to meet our luxury standards. • Ensure absolute brand consistency and visual excellence across all internal and external materials. • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Development teams, as well as external agencies and print vendors. • Oversee print production processes, ensuring color accuracy and premium material selection.
