Digital Program Manager – Platform Rebuild
Junior Library Guild
• Own the integrated program plan covering both TMG and JLG platform rebuilds simultaneously • Define milestones, dependencies, and critical path for each workstream • Identify and manage risks and interdependencies between the two builds • Run weekly program reviews with developers and report status to CEO and CFO • Manage relationships with Shopify Plus implementation partners and middleware vendors • Own the Dynamics 365 and SAP integration workstream on the JLG build • Coordinate with editorial, commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure platform requirements are accurately captured and prioritized • Track program budget across both workstreams
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of IT or digital program management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing simultaneous platform builds or migrations
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong command of project management tooling: Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent
- Experience managing remote, cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Sufficient technical depth to manage developers credibly
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM integration projects
- Understanding of headless CMS architecture and publishing platform landscapes
- Experience in digital media, publishing, or e-commerce platform environments

Responsible for managing all aspects of a large-scale and complex program and corresponding projects, with a primary focus on encounter data operations and vendor program management.
