The PEO is part of an enterprise shared services organization and is responsible for leading significant business transformation technology projects that reach across the company. CSM, SAFe or equivalent certifications preferred. - Experience overseeing multi-function Scrum teams with at least multiple team members each including Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA engineers. - Experience developing business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and manage phase-gated projects while collaborating across technical teams, organizations, and global regions.
