Job Requirements
- certification/proficiency in Epic Resolute PB, PB Claims
- at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst
- ideally 3 years of experience in Epic PB module build
- strong communication skills with application and technical teams, and end users
- process and detail-oriented
- proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- ability to travel up to 25%, 10-12 times a year

You will assist agents/policy holders with processing new business, underwriting assistance, billing, or policy services. This is an hourly position.
