Job Requirements
- University degree, preferably in a technical field
- Sales experience; microscopy knowledge is a plus

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly

Role Description The Patient Account Representative II supports the revenue cycle functions of hospital and/or physician practices through advanced responsibilities in billing, collections, cash posting, and customer service. Role Description We are looking for a Principal Technical Account Lead , who will join our Product team. This role owns the development and management of the technical relationship between our enterprise-level retailers and our internal teams. They help our retailers by serving as a trusted technical advisor, both facilitating their adoption of our suite of solutions, as well as consulting on how to best leverage Flipp services, while generating excitement about how we can help them reinvent weekly shopping. In addition, the PTAL helps shape the product roadmap with Flipp’s product and engineering teams by weighing in with industry and real-world retailer knowledge.
