• Lead the development and consolidation of the partnerships and communications ecosystem in Brazil for the Comunidade para o Emprego program • Map, segment, and prioritize strategic stakeholders, developing a robust pipeline of high‑value alliances focused on enhancing employability • Structure, negotiate, and formalize collaboration agreements • Develop and consolidate an employer ecosystem, fostering ongoing engagement • Lead the communication and positioning strategy in the country • Optimize communication and advocacy campaigns • Proactively position the initiative as a reference for inclusive employability in Brazil • Develop strategic content and impact reports • Define, monitor, and report on partnerships and communications KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields
  • Solid experience (ideally 7+ years) in strategic partnerships, business development, institutional relations, or advocacy
  • Proven track record managing and negotiating with senior stakeholders, including private companies, the public sector, multilateral organizations, or the nonprofit sector
  • Experience co‑leading institutional communication strategies or impact campaigns
  • Experience building and managing multi‑sector ecosystems or networks, focused on creating shared value
  • Previous experience in social impact organizations, employability, inclusion, or economic development (highly desirable)
  • Proven ability to work with targets, indicators (KPIs), and impact reporting, with a results‑oriented approach
  • Previous experience in flexible work models (projects, consulting, freelance) is an important advantage
  • Fluent in Spanish
