Job Description

Partnership Manager

Softr

Role Description We're looking for a Partnership Manager to lead and grow our partner ecosystem, starting with two core areas: agency partnerships and technology/integration partners (Make, Zapier, Notion, etc). Your mission: drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations and scalable partner programs. This isn’t a "sit back and strategize" role—we need a builder, a closer, and someone who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments. What You’ll Do: - Own and scale our agency and tech/integration partnership programs end-to-end. - Identify, pitch, and close new partners that align with our go-to-market strategy. - Onboard new partners and provide them with the necessary resources and support to succeed with Softr. - As partners' main point of contact, build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to foster long-term collaboration and mutual growth. - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partnership efforts with broader growth objectives. - Set KPIs, report on partner performance, and iterate quickly based on what’s working. - Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to identify areas for improvement, run experiments, and achieve set KPIs for revenue growth. - Represent Softr at industry events, webinars, and partnership meetings. Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in partnerships/GTM/business development roles—ideally in a fast-paced tech startup or agency environment. - Great candidates can come from diverse backgrounds - ex-partnership/GTM/Solution Engineers, ex-agency owners from the no-code/automation space, etc. - Proven track record of sourcing and growing revenue - from partnership initiatives, from working with clients as an agency owner or similar. - Strong understanding of the SaaS/tech landscape and/or agency business models. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - A builder’s mindset: bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, focused on outcomes. - A strong technical foundation - you’re fluent in no-code tools (bonus if you’ve already built in Softr… and if you have, you should share what you've built!). Benefits - Fast-growing company and opportunity to make an impact on a large scale. - Competitive salary and equity options. - Fully remote and flexible work schedule. - High ownership, zero bureaucracy. Lean team, get things done mindset. - Annual company retreat and team gatherings. - Opportunity to build up sales motion from the ground up and have an outsized impact on the company’s trajectory. - Work directly with the founders and leadership team. - Our customers love Softr (1M+ users and growing)! A daily dose of customer love and positive feedback that rewards your work. - Backed by the best - we are well-resourced, profitable, and backed by best investors, like FirstMark Capital and the world’s best angel investors.
