Influencer Marketing Specialist
Vilgain
• Execute the local influencer plan and maintain a steady creator pipeline across relevant creator tiers • Proactively search, contact, and onboard new creators aligned with Vilgain’s target audience and brand positioning • Negotiate collaboration terms (deliverables, fees, basic usage rights) and ensure clear agreements and timelines • Manage and optimize the affiliate/discount code program (code setup, tracking, reporting, optimization) • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and ensure smooth communication and follow-up • Coordinate influencer activities with the local marketing calendar and product priorities • Track results and maintain simple performance reporting (deliverables, reach/engagement, code revenue, learnings) • Organize smaller local activations/events (e.g., community workouts, pop-ups, partner visits) together with creators and local partners • Coordinate video shoots/recordings with creators (planning, logistics, basic shot list, and ensuring on-brand delivery) • Monitor local trends and competitor activity and share actionable insights with the team.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media marketing, or a related role (e-commerce is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the Hungarian creator landscape and proven ability to recruit creators consistently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including ability to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Experience with affiliate/codes or performance-driven influencer campaigns is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on, comfortable working independently with clear ownership
- Native-level Hungarian; good English for daily collaboration with Czech-based teams
- Comfortable with basic tracking and reporting (spreadsheets, links/UTMs, simple summaries)
- Hands-on experience coordinating content production (video shoots/recordings) with creators, planning, logistics, and ensuring on-brand outputs
- Experience organizing smaller activations/events (e.g., community workouts, pop-ups, partner activations) is a strong plus.
