Influencer Marketing Manager
RISK
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows: from influencer sourcing to payments and performance analysis. • Establish clear communication processes between internal teams and external partners. • Develop mid- to long-term budget plans with accurate forecasting (reach, VIP/HNWI acquisition, cost efficiency). • Define and track KPIs (FTD, CPA, ROI) to measure channel performance. • Drive global strategy with focus on Tier 1 markets, LATAM, Canada, and Gulf region. • Identify and attract high-value crypto audiences (“crypto whales”) through relevant influencers. • Build and manage a strong portfolio of top influencers and streamers across Kick, Telegram, X, YouTube, and Twitch. • Lead negotiations with influencers and agencies to secure the best commercial terms. • Develop and launch high-impact creative campaigns leveraging brand assets (e.g., partnerships like Manchester United). • Optimize the full user journey from first touchpoint to registration, ensuring maximum conversion and minimal drop-off.
Job Requirements
- Experience in influencer marketing within competitive industries (iGaming, fintech, crypto, entertainment or sports)
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across global markets
- Ability to manage multi-market campaigns and lead complex execution end-to-end
- Proven track record of delivering influencer programs tied to measurable business results
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort working with agencies, talent managers and creators
- Established network of agencies, talent managers and creators across key markets
- Ability to work with AI-driven processes for scouting, content analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with influencer and performance tools (CreatorIQ, Traackr, HypeAuditor, Appsflyer, GA, Tableau or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across teams and time zones
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with high expectations.

Role Description We're looking for an Influencer Manager. As the Influencer Manager, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of the entire influencer and affiliate program at Calming Co. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates across the world who can work on a US timezone. You will be responsible for: - Identifying and securing creator partnerships - Negotiating agreements - Managing whitelisting and paid media campaigns - Building our affiliate program - Reporting on performance You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the influencer channel is a scalable engine for growth. Qualifications - 4 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance marketing within a DTC or CPG environment - Proven track record of negotiating influencer contracts, including whitelisting rights, usage terms, and performance-based deal structures - Deep expertise in Meta Business Manager (partnership ads, whitelisting) and TikTok (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop, affiliate ecosystem) - Experience building or managing an affiliate program, including platform selection and commission optimization - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable strategy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable negotiating with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders - Experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ) - Highly organized self-starter who can manage a full pipeline independently in a remote environment - Ability to work US Pacific Time business hours Requirements - Influencer Sourcing & Partnerships: Identify, vet, and secure influencer partnerships that align with the brand’s values, aesthetic, and growth objectives.
