Qualifications - Proven experience as Head of Sales or commercial leader. - Strong track record in B2B or B2B2C sales of standardized or high-volume products as well as Channel sales, distribution management, or retail sales. - Experience in industrial, security, consumer durables, or related sectors is preferred. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple European markets. - Strong commercial acumen and pricing expertise. - Deep understanding of channel and distribution strategies. - Clear “hunter” mindset with a passion for acquiring new business. - Comfortable operating in the field and meeting customers regularly. - Strong negotiation, leadership and strategic thinking skills. - Ability to operate both hands-on and strategically. - English as a company language, additional languages as a plus.
