• Oversee small box distribution process from product pricing to fulfillment to customers • Develop and implement distribution procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations • Manage and coordinate operations, including inventory management, and order fulfillment • Monitor supply chain and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and meet customer demand • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and accurate pricing communication • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and customer service, to ensure effective operations • Problem solve • Review and analyze production and customer demand data to forecast future distribution needs • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SKU rationalization
